2017 Update (2017-08-12)
A word of advice for all you people out there..run regular backups! You would think after losing data multiple times in the past I would actually do this well. I don't. CentOS decided to bomb out and luckily I had 1 old vhdx from the end of 2016 otherwise I'd be recreating the entire site from scratch, which would not be fun at all. I now have a backup of the current vhdx as well as an akeeba backup and I'll be trying to remember to make regular backups of both.
I don't have the willpower to try and remember everything that has happened since the last post or what I typed before. Probably not much and what was there was probably not important anyway. I did update some photos that I know I had put there of a few trips I have gone on this year.
For notable events, I got a Citrix CCA-V certification and am working on the CCP-V. Things are still going great at work and am still working on VDI. In July we took a trip to see my sister in southern California and stayed there for a week. We went to March Air Museum and looked at some planes. There was also an air show in Idaho Falls with the Blue Angels which was fun to watch even though it was pretty hot outside. I also attempted to hike up Mount Borah which is the tallest peak in Idaho. Didn't make it all the way up but was a fun trip anyway and will probably try it again.

Oh no, I might 'loose' my 'enrolment' (2015-07-08)
Tracfone is pretty high on my list of horrible companies that unfortunately I have had to use (just below Chase and US Bank and just about even with Cable One). I could spend hours talking about how bad Tracfone is, probably the same number of hours I have had to be on the phone with these jokers trying to get things fixed that they have screwed up (with limited success I might add). I figure their plan is to just frustrate people into giving up. This one I can't let go though. This goes against everything that is decent in this world. Any person or company using the word 'loose' when they mean 'lose' deserves to burn in Hell for eternity.
Hobos, terrorists, and circus clowns (my scary people list) can get away with using 'loose', but nobody else. I also *may* have 30 days do do something, not exactly sure what, or I loose my enrolment. So I may not loose my enrolment? I'm very confused.
In other news, I'm still alive.
2015 Update (2015-04-28)
I guess since it is almost May and I have posted once in 2015, I probably should do something. First of all I change the joomla template. I think it looks nicer with better colors and bigger pictures. I'm sure I'll be tweaking it for a while until I get it exactly how I want it. During spring break I took the kids to my sisters house in California and then went over to my other sisters house in Arizona where we had a surprise birthday party for my Dad who turned 700 this year. He looks slightly better than Yoda. Fun trip, long drive though. Work is going well. I'm getting more out of sccm and imaging and more into Citrix. This is good since I'm always up for learning new things and St Luke's appears to be serious about VDI. A few other places I have worked at tried it bit were never able to get it right, but I think we will eventually. I'll be adding some pictures of the trip and also some of the yummy food my wife has made recently. She is definitely keeping me fat for when the apocalypse comes and my family needs to eat me to survive.
