12,662 - Borah

This hike was done a week after Mount Leatherman in August.  This time I made it all the way to the top.  I also got pictures mainly from chicken out ridge and up since I had already taken pictures of the trail from there down on the first try.  My brother and I left at around 6am and got back just after 2:30pm and spent only about 20 minutes on the top.  We started up chicken out ridge right around 8:30 and made it to the top just after 10am.

Chicken out ridge wasn't as bad as some of the videos make it out to be.  Other than a few spots where you do need to be careful and just take your time, the rest is pretty easy with marked trails in most places.  It still isn't for everybody, but don't let the youtube videos freak you out too much.

This time I did also get real pictures of Borah peak, not just the area to the left of the ice bridge.  What I didn't get many pictures of was me on the top by the flag which is why one week later I went up it again.
