This was a nice short snowshoe hike from the road before Magic Mountain to Elk Butte. I went with my daughter and son-in-law. We might have kept walking around a little more than we did except 2 of the 3 of us ended up with frozen water tubes about half way in so that decision to finish up was made for us. Nice to get out though and start off 2022.
