Pike Mountain is to the south of Twin Falls and right across from the Magic Mountain ski resort. It is 7,698 feet high. I've hiked this mountain before but from the north side. This time it was a shorter hike from the south side (about 4.5 miles round trip). The hike was nice, still a little on the cold side for a late June day, but was enjoyable. Since it was so short I also hiked the Eagle trail across the street and stopped over at Ross Falls as well.
