Oak Creek Canyon AZ

Specifically the West Fork of the Oak Creek canyon, which is located a little above Sedona, AZ. This trail is fairly popular. It's far enough out of the desert to be not boiling hot and dead. There was shade and the trail was very good the whole way in. The official maintained trail goes in about 3.3 miles, but the trail does continue on for another 11 or so for those who want to hike further (my GPS clocked just over 7 miles though). I decided to just go the 6.6. The trail basically follows the Oak Creek river through the canyon, so there wasn't really many pictures of much other than the trail, the river, and the canyon walls. The hike was nice though, and anybody in the Sedona area should do it at least once. I originally wanted to do Humphreys Peak in AZ while I was here but the trail is closed because of a fire restriction.
